Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Manager, Inventory and Pricing supports QVC and HSN and leads inventory and pricing strategy to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
  • Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware.

What You'll Do

  • Lead inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize product availability and profitability.
  • Partner with QVC and HSN leadership and Finance teams on plans and special projects.
  • Provide financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
  • Validate financial assumptions for strategic decisions, including revenue, expense, and capital cycles.
  • Deliver accurate information to management for strategic operating decisions; serve as Subject Matter Expert for business systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance for the monthly forecast and annual budget process, supporting model development and documentation for US/Global Market models.
  • Support business transformation projects as the finance lead, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to inventory management, pricing, and analytics.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • 7+ years of experience managing inventory and pricing strategies in a retail environment.
  • 7+ years of experience translating data into actionable business insights.
  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with finance, merchandising, and operations teams.
