ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager International Market Event Broadcast and Production Lead manages a team of colleagues and contractors across EMEA and APAC delivering exception customer experience and seamless technical event management. This role drives technology transformation in the event production and AV meeting room experience, championing client experience and operational efficiency.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Managing an International Markets colleague and contractor team focusing on reliability, scalability and exceptional client experience.
Partnering with the global leads to ensure training and development of entire team meets the exceptional standards of the organization.
Own Key Performance Indicators at a regional and individual level.
Quickly identify and resolve problem sites/rooms/equipment items utilizing dashboards and analytics.
Partnering with key Digital Stakeholders understand and manage the equipment lifecycle for meeting rooms and managed event spaces.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Leading complex Global projects in the Event Broadcasting and AV meeting room space.
Provide strategic insights to service model and operational excellence.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience managing complex multi departmental project.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading a regional team.
Understanding of modern meeting room and event space technology.
Knowledge of AV product lifecycle and budget management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or strong related experience in corporate AV/events or broadcast environments.
Proven leadership, collaboration, and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of AV systems, media production, and event technology.
Experience with AV production tools and software (e.g., vMix, OBS, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality results.
Experience in large, global organizations or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
CTS or other AV Industry certifications are preferred.
Work Location Assignment: Hybrid (some office presence is required)
