Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, the Senior Manager, Internal Communications is a strategic communications business partner to our Corporate Functions -- People/HR, Finance, and Legal -- with a strong emphasis on team member experience and engagement. Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, you will develop and execute communications strategies that connect our people to business priorities, serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, and be a visible champion for the team member voice across the enterprise.

Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end internal communications strategy and execution for major, complex People initiatives, taking full accountability from planning through delivery.
- Serve as the embedded communications partner for Corporate Functions (People/HR, Finance, Legal), providing proactive counsel, crisis support and trusted advisory services to senior and executive leaders.
- Build and execute business-critical internal communications strategies supporting enterprise priorities including ethics & compliance, the WIN Strategy and other high-impact initiatives, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and executed.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with agility, adapting messaging and tactics as projects evolve and new challenges arise.
- Lead communications in high-stakes, fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments, adapting messaging with clarity, precision and empathy as priorities evolve.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, Legal, and cross-functional partners to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with QVC Group's values and business objectives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience designing and executing internal communications strategies, including leading change management initiatives and managing communications for complex, large-scale employee programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing high-impact written content across multiple formats (executive communications, campaign messaging, presentation scripts), with a portfolio showcasing attention to detail and application of industry best practices.
- Proven track record of directly consulting with and providing strategic communications counsel to senior and executive leadership, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
- Documented ability to align communications plans with organizational and People objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to drive business outcomes through targeted messaging.
- Advanced proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Staffbase) for employee intranet and digital signage, and hands-on experience producing multimedia content, including video and graphic storytelling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of building cross-functional relationships, influencing without authority, and securing alignment and trust across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with precision, proactively identify and mitigate communication risks, and deliver transparent, accessible messaging that supports employees through organizational change.
