Contract Duration: Up to 18 Months

Are you a digital-forward marketer who excels at transforming insights into action? Do you bring strategic agility to lead omni-channel campaigns—and the analytical depth to decode performance and explain the “so what” behind the data? Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, you will lead integrated strategies that connect customer insights, media intelligence, and creative excellence to support LCBO's brand promise.

If you excel at the intersection of integrated brand building, digital performance and analytics storytelling, this is the role for you.

About the Role

  • Guide the development of integrated marketing campaigns rooted in customer insights, digital intelligence, and business strategy to grow measurable engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate across divisions and within Marketing to deliver integrated programs that enhance the LCBO brand and support corporate priorities.
  • Oversee the development of campaigns for in-store POP, digital and traditional media including print, radio, out-of-home and TV.
  • Set strategic direction for project teams by delivering clear creative briefs and overseeing the end-to-end production with internal and external creative partners.
  • Lead the evolution of SEM strategy across traditional search solutions, working with agency partners to balance automation with intent capture and brand protection.
  • Oversee holistic paid digital performance management and reporting ensuring media meets defined goals, ensuring ongoing optimization to improve the effectiveness over time.
  • Manage real-time campaign monitoring, enabling agile responses and data-led adjustments in-flight.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team and Media Agency to develop performance reporting that goes beyond the numbers—extracting insights, impact on consumer behaviour, and recommendations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to partners and senior leaders that combine strategy, performance insights and business recommendations.
  • Provide mentorship and support to direct reports.

About You

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C multi-channel marketing and across all disciplines of traditional and digital media, including paid digital analytics and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience creating strategies and marketing plans, writing creative briefs and promoting business-driven goals strategies and KPI's.
  • Experience developing retail promotions including POP execution, owned and paid media integration.
  • Experience in advertising strategy and media planning including evaluating channel effectiveness, real-time optimizing and interpreting paid media outcomes through a business and consumer impact lens.
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics and media performance dashboards.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on mentorship and capability development.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills along with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Post-secondary education in a Marketing, Business or Communication related field or equivalent industry training and significant experience in same or similar position.
  • Experience with Adobe and web analytics tools is an asset.
  • Ability to travel to shoots, stores, and suppliers.

We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits, including:

  • Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program
  • a Defined Benefit Pension
  • Discounts on products and services via Workperk.
