Nuvera -Manager/Sr Manager Job Purpose/Overview:
Nuvera, now part of Inizio Engage, is a specialized consulting firm in the life sciences, focusing on designing, building, and managing optimal patient and healthcare professional (HCP) treatment experiences for rare diseases and specialty medicines, using data-driven strategies to improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes from early development through post-launch, offering solutions from strategy to operational implementation.

The Manager role will lead the strategy and delivery of client projects while also contributing to business development goals which will help us continue to lead in all efforts enhancing the treatment experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and industry expertise to develop best-in class product marketing and access solutions, position products and provide other specialized services in the specialty drug space.
- Lead and facilitate working sessions of the executive leadership, prepare and deliver executive level communications and presentations.
- Provide project management and successful delivery of project through executive level communications and presentations.
- Investigate, define, plan, and manage effective development and implementation of the solutions related to the project.
- Coordinate the Nuvera team assigned to the project and provide individual mentoring and performance reviews associated with their performance
- Coordinate and provide internal and external project communications.
- Help identify, define, and lead the implementation of several Nuvera infrastructure efforts.
- Own client relationship and actively manage new and existing business development to contribute to company sales goals and personally generate $500k (Manager role) or $800k (Senior Manager role) in new business on an annual basis.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. MBA preferred
- At least 8 years in life sciences, including a preference in patient services and/or consulting experience in a management consulting company
- Manager 2 + years/Senior Manger 4+ year experience managing projects focused on finding unique solutions to business problems, providing strategy, performance improvement or optimization recommendations to a client
- Examples of projects should include ‘unstructured’ projects without pre-existing methodology where you had to define an approach/develop analytical frameworks. These should be non-IT implementation projects
- Experience leading teams, formally managing individual performance and mentoring
- Contributed to development of new business pitch decks, presentations to client, creation of SOW’s, and selling new business
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups and managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
- United States Citizenship or valid VISA
- Experience working in life sciences across several of the following domains:
