Senior Manager, Incident Management

This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and continuity of Coca-Cola Trademark products worldwide. The Senior Manager, Incident Management leads advanced analytical testing and incident resolution to safeguard product quality and support innovation. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise in analytical chemistry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across global networks to maintain brand excellence.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead incident management and analytical testing for Coca-Cola Trademark products, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution of quality issues.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate new and reformulated products, packaging, and ingredients.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot advanced analytical instrumentation (GC, GC/MS) to ensure operational readiness and data integrity.
  • Develop and validate test methods to guarantee reliability and accuracy of analytical results.
  • Coordinate competitive product analysis and provide insights to maintain Coca-Cola’s leadership in the cola category.
  • Train and mentor associates in flavor analysis, instrument maintenance, and method development to strengthen global technical capability.
  • Collaborate with global R&D, Quality, and Ingredient Supply teams to support product development, productivity, and continuity projects.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education: Advanced degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in analytical chemistry, flavor chemistry, or product development within the beverage or food industry.
  • Expertise in GC, LC, GC/MS techniques and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of flavor chemistry, beverage manufacturing processes, and formula management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$131,000 - $153,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
