Senior Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) solutions
  • Develop and enforce identity governance policies, standards, and procedures
  • Oversee lifecycle management of user identities, roles, entitlements, and access certifications
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, HR, and business units to align IAM strategies with organisational goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging IAM technologies
  • Drive automation and integration of IAM processes across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Lead and mentor a global team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on identity management
  • Proven expertise in IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock)
  • Strong understanding of identity governance, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM)
  • Experience with cloud identity models and hybrid environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus
