Provide staff in a targeted and cost effective manner,

Manage performance evaluation systems, IATF/internal/external audits,
Promoting organization development,
Policy development and documentation,
Compensation and benefits administration for the country,
Support lo local SMT in the 3 Spanish sites.
Employee and management services and counselling.
Development of the Human Resources Spain site departments.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture in Spain.
Data Protection Coordinator for Burgos and Martorell sites reporting to DPO.
Masters Degree in Human Resources, very good labour law regulations understanding.
University Degree in Human Resources related studies.
HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent management skills, good HR policies knowledge.
Industrial experience for more than five years.
