Senior Manager, HR (Pharma & Consumer Health)

Position Summary:

  • Full time salaried position

  • Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ or Tampa, FL location

The Senior Manager, HR (Pharma & Consumer Health) acts as the strategic HR
Business Partner for PCH Sales and field-based functions including Product
Managers (PM), Program Directors (PD), and Commercial Operations. This role
partners closely with commercial leaders to build talent, strengthen leadership
capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure a high‑performance,
customer‑focused culture across PCH’s customer‑facing teams. The
Senior Manager, HR (Pharma & Consumer Health) supports a geographically dispersed workforce and requires strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to translate business strategy into practical people solutions.

Our Bridgewater, NJ & Tampa, FL location are the corporate offices for Catalent. 

 

The Role:

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Sales, PM, PD, and Commercial Operations

  • Translate business strategy into HR priorities, talent plans, and organizational interventions

  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and change management

  • Partner with leaders to accelerate development of commercial talent and field-based teams

  • Embed consistent development pathways for Program Directors, Product Managers, and Sales roles

  • Support leaders in improving team effectiveness, engagement, and retention—especially within distributed and field-based teams
    Promote Catalent values and ensure a culture aligned with customer excellence and accountability

  • Provide guidance on employment policies, employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, global HR policies, and ethical standards

  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred

  • Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting commercial or field-based organizations

  • Experience navigating a matrixed, global environment

  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds

Pay: 

The anticipated salary range for this position in New Jersey is $136,890 - $209,200, plus bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
