Pay Range:$40.99 - $57.51 Under the direction of the System Director of Finance, the Senior Manager of Hospitality and Travel is primarily responsible for reviewing patient concerns surrounding housing and transportation and working with SEARHC personnel to improve the process. Oversee end-to-end patient and staff travel experience and report courses of action to leadership.

Expected Travel: 25%

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job

  • Reviews patient and SEARHC traveling staff concerns and determines root cause.

  • Analyzes data to identify trends to improve patient experience.

  • Conduct routine inspections of all areas affecting the guest experience.

  • Reports key findings to leadership with recommendations for improvement.

  • Serve as the liaison between interdepartmental personnel as well as SEARHC travel vendors.

  • Special projects assigned by leadership.

Additional Details:

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Required

  • Five years of client focused hospitality experience.

  • Demonstrated progressive responsibilities and experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.

  • Analyzes data to identify trends to improve patient experience.

Skills Required

  • Able to interpret data to articulate the problem and recommendations towards solution

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including instruction of excellent customer service and customer recovery skills.

  • Organized self-starter able to prioritize tasks.

  • Collaborate with departments to accomplish objectives.

  • Able to present to multiple audience levels.
