The Senior Manager, High Net Worth (HNW) Distribution & Agency Activation drives focused advisor engagement and activation to support the HNW segment strategy.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted activation plans for High Net Worth (HNW) propositions, campaigns and ecosystem partnerships.
Drive adoption of HNW solutions among identified priority advisors.
Support capability-building efforts to strengthen advisor confidence in handling large and complex HNW cases.
Partner closely with selected agency leaders to align on HNW production focus and activation priorities.
Act as the key marketing contact for HNW-related field initiatives.
Gather structured field feedback to refine propositions and activation approach.
Lead field rollout of HNW campaigns, events and ecosystem initiatives.
Track participation, engagement and production impact.
Monitor HNW advisor activation metrics and initiative effectiveness.
Qualifications:
8 to 12 years in insurance with strong experience in agency activation
Excellence understands of insurance products and how they fit into wealth conversation and legacy planning
Skilled in consultative selling, storytelling and objection handling
