About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Global Partner Initiatives & Strategy team is the connective tissue across Salesforce's Global Partnerships organization. We translate partner strategy into clear, scalable execution across Hyperscalers, SIs, and ISVs. We fill the gaps, build what's missing, and make sure global priorities connect to what's happening in the field.

We're looking for a Senior Manager who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving execution. This role requires strong cross-functional instincts, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the credibility to move work forward across a complex, globally distributed organization

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-priority programs, from identifying gaps, shaping the strategy to aligning stakeholders and driving execution.

  • Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leaders, connecting inputs across teams and ensuring programs are structured for clarity and real-world impact

  • Architects learning experiences and solutions to help partner account managers with what they need to know and do to have successful partner conversations

  • Champion the integration of Digital Workforce capabilities and AI-powered tools, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact.

  • Partner closely with Sales Programs, Partner Marketing, OU Partner Leads, Strategy & Operations, and enablement teams to drive coordinated, cross-functional execution

  • Develop and own executive-level communications, strategic readouts, and program narratives for senior leadership

  • Stay at the forefront of AI, helping the team integrate AI into our ways of working and drive adoption through scalable change programs

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic program management, partner strategy, GTM programs, or business transformation, ideally with exposure to the partner or ecosystem space

  • A natural connector who builds trust and influences outcomes across senior stakeholders without direct authority

  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; you know how to create structure where none exists

  • Deep familiarity with the partnerships landscape: SIs, ISVs, Hyperscalers, or equivalent ecosystem experience strongly preferred

  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller: you can turn a complex partner strategy into a two-slide exec narrative and a field-ready playbook

  • Bias for action and executional horsepower; you don't wait to be handed a playbook, you write one

  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, across time zones, org boundaries, and shifting priorities

Why Join Us

This team sits at the center of Salesforce's partner ecosystem, working across Hyperscalers, SIs, and ISVs on programs that directly support our Agentic enterprise how Salesforce goes to market through its partner ecosystem.  The work is cross-functional, fast-moving, and not always well-defined. If you're looking for a role where you can shape strategy and see it through to execution, this is it.
