GENERAL PURPOSE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contribute to the development and evolution of showroom strategy and best practices.
Develop, maintain and manage to a comprehensive 24-month calendar for assigned showroom spaces and temporary exhibition, including detailed individual project timelines.
Generate creative/project briefs aligned with objectives and standards of respective space or exhibition.
Lead routine meetings of cross-functional team members to ensure communication, progress against goals and timelines, and adherence to budget and strategy.
Leads the development, launch, and management of initiatives and programs to proactively improve the continuity of brand expression and customer experience in Dealer Showrooms.
Manage individual showroom remodels/refreshes on a multi-year, rotational basis.
Manage periodic refreshes and product updates in showrooms and at customer-facing spaces in Western Michigan, including Learning Plant, Design Yard, and Marigold Lodge.
Manage showroom New Product Introductions on an annual/semi-annual basis.
Partner with Product, Sales, Brand and Marketing teams in achieving the appropriate balance of brand inspiration, product presentation and commercial applicability that results in an a unique/memorable/favorable customer experience.
Planning and approval of all Pop-ups and major Mock-up installations within showrooms.
Planning and approval of all Corporately-funded showroom activations.
Prepare or contribute to, as well as manage, project budgets based on inputs from multiple contributors.
Prepare and submit Capital and Expense requests.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of marketing related experience with proven knowledge of best practices and experience managing multifaceted projects, 4+ years of progressive project management experience. Global experience preferred

Proven ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and at various levels of the organization.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and able to build long term relationships with sales team/product team, design team, brand teams/showroom op’s and CX teams/outside partners.
Ability to influence without explicit authority, using positive influence to build consensus and credibility with internal business partners resulting in effective and positive working relationships.
Proven ability to pro-actively achieve goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different tasks, job responsibilities and people.
Ability to set and meet project milestones and expectations working with multiple stakeholders and POV’s.
Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated experience with developing and delivering presentations. An ability to 'read the room', manage up, down, and sideways.
Demonstrated strong time management, problem solving, planning and organization skills to work on multiple projects with changing priorities, and tight deadlines for success in a results-oriented environment.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proven problem solving; ability to investigate and analyze complex data and generate new ideas and solutions to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Must be financially literate and possess strong business acumen.
Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
Proven ability to manage conflict and sometimes difficult situations.
Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently being used in the HMI office environment. Ability to utilize all Microsoft office tools.
Ability and willingness to travel globally (25%-30% of working time).
