Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for Novice and Experienced Advisor recruiting and development, staff career path and Experienced Advisor onboarding for the Territory. This includes partnering with the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP), Franchise Consultants and franchise advisors in driving advisor engagement and driving practice growth in corporate office and Region initiatives. Additionally, you will provide business planning, implementation and follow-up support to all levels of Field Leadership and advisors as needed.Key Responsibilities

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $96,300 - $147,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
