The Sr. Manager, Stills, Ecuador owns and drives the profitable growth of the Stills portfolio by defining clear strategic priorities, optimizing Route-to-Market models, strengthening execution excellence, and unlocking portfolio value creation across channels and geographies. The role acts as a key integrator between strategy and execution, influencing system partners to deliver sustainable results.

What You’ll Do for Us:
Own the Stills category strategy for Ecuador, defining clear priorities based on market attractiveness, competitive dynamics and system right-to-win.
Manage the Stills P&L, with balanced accountability for top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
Identify, size and prioritize growth opportunities across channels, geographies and shopper segments.
Design and optimize RTM models for Stills (direct, hybrid, micro-distribution) to maximize distribution reach, efficiency and cost-to-serve.
Lead bottler performance routines covering revenue, volume, distribution, cooler KPIs and Stills Point of Sale execution.
Drive disciplined execution at PoS, ensuring focus on distribution expansion, availability, visibility and execution standards.
Lead Revenue Growth Management levers for Stills, including pricing, pack-mix, promotions and value architecture, tailored to competitive realities.
Expand numeric and weighted distribution, outlet penetration and execution quality across priority channels.
Strengthen governance routines and cross-functional alignment to ensure system focus on Stills priorities.
Assess bottler capabilities for Stills and lead capability-building initiatives to close gaps.
Monitor competition, shopper trends and market risks, activating contingency plans when required.
Integrate brand strategy and execution by providing upward input to guide strategy and downward leadership to ensure aligned execution across markets.

Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in FMCG / KO System roles, with strong exposure to commercial operations, RTM, category or portfolio leadership.
Proven track record in distribution expansion and execution excellence.
Strong RGM, financial and analytical capabilities.
High influencing capability, leadership presence and owner mindset, able to operate in a system environment without full direct authority.
Availability for frequent field engagement and travel within Ecuador.
