Senior Manager, FP&A- Workplace/Retirement Services

This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity for a strategic finance professional to influence decision‑making within Workplace Solutions, a business focused on delivering retirement savings and workforce benefits that directly support employers and their employees. In this role, you will lead a high‑performing team while directly owning the financial support for Workplace Solutions Experience, Analytics, and Operations group.

This team is directly involved in all aspects of retirement plan administration operations, inclusive of the client call center and employer digital experience. You will own financial planning, forecasting, and governance, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable results. With accountability spanning financial modeling, annual and long-term planning, AI business case development and governance, this role offers broad visibility and influence, making it an ideal opportunity for a seasoned finance leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and people leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Develops analytic methodologies for evaluating, quantifying, and forecasting assets, revenue, and expenses. Partners with senior leaders to determine strategies and enhance performance drivers.
  • Drives financial planning processes, annual operating plan, and long term strategic plan. Establishes frameworks for reporting and key metrics, and defines the methodology for product and customer costing/pricing models.
  • Develops financial models to assist in tactical and strategic decision making. Implements systematic approach to maintain and continuously improve the models. Provides support and input into client and product pricing.
  • Develops business case analysis for investment initiatives. Assesses the market and competitors to guide investment decisions and advise on market trends.
  • Oversees the pricing governance framework for new and existing products. Leads the process for review and approval of client fees.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Eight years’ related work experience, with at least Three years financial analysis experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Finance or Accounting degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Deep FP&A experience
  • Significant experience supporting Workplace Services/Retirement/Recordkeeping/Employee Benefits/investment industries.
  • CPA, CFM, CMA, or other financial designation preferred.
