Our Opportunity…

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the preparation and review of external financial statements and related disclosures. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, experience with public company reporting, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

 You Will…

  • Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnote disclosures and MD&A. 
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, staying current on new accounting standards and disclosure requirements. 
  • Manage the external audit process, including coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) in accordance with SOX requirements. 
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including equity, revenue recognition, and business combinations. 
  • Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements. 
  • Support IPO readiness activities, including drafting and reviewing S-1 filings and related documentation. 

 You Bring…

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required; Big 4 preferred. 
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, including public accounting and/or public company experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, S-1)., and SOX compliance. 
  • Experience with IPO preparation and public company reporting is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is below. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on a combination of factors, including applicable qualifications, level of education, the depth of experience, unique skills, geographic location, internal equity, and/or business needs. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with federal, state, and/or local wage requirements for the role’s location.

Our competitive compensation package includes an annual incentive bonus as a percentage of actual base salary and long-term incentives in the form of employee stock options, both of which are commensurate with the role’s level. $138,500$169,000 USD
