What is the opportunity?

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Performance Management. The Senior Manager, Financial Performance Management, provides financial insights for all ventures, collaborates with the Venture Finance Leads, Analytics team, Financial Control, Platform team & PC&B Finance to create reporting, insights, and to identify process efficiencies.

What will you do?

  • Act as primary support for Technology & Operations (T&O) group financial operations and reporting, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including acting as lead for the T&O planning and forecasting process
  • Responsible for monthly & quarterly consolidated performance reporting for all ventures (Ownr, Dr. Bill, Mydoh and Houseful)
  • Responsible for gathering and consolidating information and conducts complex data analysis with large datasets working to identify patterns, trends or insights
  • Explains actuals, variances and gaps in financial reporting and involved in forecast & plan preparations and presentations
  • Supports General Ledger (G/L) integrity and performs accounting functions such as month-end reconciliations and reporting
  • Primary finance support for Strategy & Investments team, preparing materials and analysis for M&A activities
  • Support Project Approval Requests (“PAR”) processes; collaborate to create strong business cases, align stakeholders, execute on PAR commitments, measure progress, monitor draw down of approved capital, and support annual injection reviews/requests as needed
  • Respond to a high volume of ad-hoc queries relating to project deliverables and systems from either business or senior leaders, which require immediate attention and quick turnaround

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • CPA, CFA designation or equivalent, with 5 to 8 years of experience working in strategic finance, FP&A, financial advisory or consulting
  • Strong team and people management abilities, and ability to play a leadership role across a wide group of peers
  • Experience developing business cases, forecasts and models
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience delivering high-quality executive reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly draw insights from large datasets and financial information
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS environment, or a large financial institution
