Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy Capabilities supports the design, coordination, and delivery of capability-building initiatives across the global Finance & Strategy organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Finance Capabilities, this role plays a key part in translating capability priorities into practical programs, learning experiences, and change activities that support the Future of Finance/Strategy agenda.

You will work closely with Finance & Strategy leaders, HR and Talent partners, and local capability champions to help ensure capability initiatives are well-coordinated, effectively delivered, and aligned with evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do for Us

Capability Delivery & Enablement

  • Support the execution of the Finance & Strategy capabilities roadmap, focusing on the delivery of defined capability initiatives and programs.

  • Translate capability priorities into structured learning solutions, tools, and experiences that are relevant and practical for finance and strategy teams.

  • Partner with HR, Talent, and subject matter experts to support the design and rollout of capability interventions.

Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate the development, maintenance, and deployment of learning assets and programs across priority capability areas.

  • Support the creation and scaling of experiential learning opportunities for finance & strategy communities.

  • Help promote a continuous learning mindset by reinforcing adoption of learning offerings and encouraging participation across teams.

Change & Adoption

  • Support change and adoption activities related to capability initiatives, including stakeholder communications, engagement plans, and feedback loops.

  • Assist with change impact assessments and contribute to plans that support sustained behavior change.

  • Work with local capability champions to support consistent implementation and adoption at the regional or OU level.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track progress and effectiveness of capability initiatives using defined metrics and qualitative feedback.

  • Prepare updates, insights, and recommendations for the Senior Director to support decision-making and prioritization.

  • Identify opportunities to improve capability offerings based on feedback and performance data.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance & Strategy teams, HR, Talent, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.

  • Support governance routines, working sessions, and forums related to capability development.

  • Share best practices and lessons learned across capability initiatives.

Program & Project Management

  • Manage assigned capability projects or workstreams, applying strong project management discipline to timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Support coordination across multiple initiatives to ensure clarity, structure, and momentum.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • 6–9 years of professional experience in capability development, learning, people strategy, or related roles, ideally within finance, strategy, or operations environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience supporting learning or capability initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with finance or strategy functions and the capabilities required to enable performance.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort operating in environments with change and ambiguity.

Pay Range:

$130,000 - $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
