About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize workplace operations and physical security infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight of Facilities Management and GSOC & Security Operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a safe, engaging work environment

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management & Asset Protection

1. Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define and execute strategies for Workplace Services and Physical Security aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for both FM and SOC operations leveraging AI.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Govern operational processes for workplace services and structured BAU operations.
  • Oversee 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response to physical security incidents.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical events across facilities and security domains.
  • Align site readiness and physical security protocols with global standards and local regulations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as liaison between leadership Global, HR, branding, GCC center heads, and regulatory bodies.
  • Present Monthly Management Reviews (MMRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive-level security reports.

4. People Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead high-performing Workplace Experience and SOC teams and develop succession planning
  • Foster a Global culture of collaboration, performance excellence, continuous learning, and change enablement.

5. Technology & Innovation

  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge physical security technologies (CCTV, ACS, VMS, intrusion detection).
  • Champion automation and orchestration to optimize workflows in FM and SOC.
  • Integrate advanced analytics and threat intelligence for proactive defense.

6. Financial Oversight

  • Review and guide budget planning for FM and SOC, monitor Capex & Opex expenditures.
  • Drive cost efficiency and contract optimization without compromising service quality or security posture.

7. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Conduct market analysis and support strategic vendor selection for FM and security services.
  • Collaborate with procurement on contracting and RFP processes.
  • Govern vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure seamless vendor onboarding and change management during transitions.

8. Risk Management & Business Continuity

  • Implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory requirements.

Who You Are

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Facilities Management, Security, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities and physical security operations.
  • Proven expertise in vendor governance, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
