Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager, BSI Value & Access (V&A) Evidence Generation, will lead the development, maintenance, and dissemination of evidence to support key strategic assets within a specific disease area. This role is responsible for overseeing targeted and systematic literature reviews, developing Global Value Dossiers, and driving publications and other evidence-generation activities to inform value strategy and access decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep expertise in BSI V&A and HEOR evidence generation, including hands-on delivery experience.
- Support stakeholders in executing HEOR evidence generation activities (SLRs, TLRs, GVDs, publications, etc.) and respond to ad hoc and cross-functional requests as needed.
- Produce and maintain qualitative and quantitative deliverables that meet client requirements, agreed processes, quality standards, and timelines.
- Lead project planning and management, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and use of approved project management tools and standards.
- Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining peer-level relationships and supporting repeat business and ongoing engagements.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching, and QC review to ensure high-quality outputs from associates and junior team members.
- Develop and enhance guidance and training resources (for example, checklists and QA processes) and drive continuous improvement of templates and deliverables.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, audits, and training requirements, and maintain complete project documentation, records, and archiving.
Essential Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific discipline plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management).
- 7+ years conducting evidence generation activities (SLRs, TLRs, GVDs, publications, etc.) for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
- Proficiency in ‘English’ is a pre-requisite; while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
