Job Description
In this role, you will lead and be responsible for the event strategy, logistic management, communication, and execution of large-scale national and regional events. Additionally, you will oversee the RFP process in partnership with the Strategic Meeting Management Sourcing team and partner with and manage multiple cross-org and third-party vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities
Event & Program Planning and Execution
Coordinate all field event logistics in partnership with internal teams and external vendors, including compliance review, registration, exception approvals, AV, content development, speaker engagement, hotel logistics, and post‑event communications
Manage end‑to‑end program execution to ensure delivery meets quality standards, timelines, milestones, scope, risk, and budget objectives
Facilitate high‑level planning sessions to define program goals, metrics, schedules, and success criteria in alignment with program sponsors
Assess business needs and propose program enhancements to senior leaders to gain alignment and support
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with key business partners across the organization to develop strategic messaging and ensure programs address organizational needs
Coordinate across multiple teams to integrate plans and enable effective, seamless execution
Messaging & Communications
Maintain awareness of enterprise‑wide messaging to ensure all programs and marketing initiatives align with corporate priorities
Support communication plans and oversee content delivery across relevant channels
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze program performance against established plans, metrics, and budgets
Monitor participation and outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute approved enhancements quickly
Ensure sustainability and ongoing effectiveness of assigned programs
Required Qualifications
7-10 years' relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications
Effective relationship builder; partners cross-functionally and works effectively with various levels of the organization
Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to identify new events marketing opportunities
Team player who has the presence to inspire and unite varying points of view
Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric mentality
Solid command of FINRA/SEC guidelines
Programs and events experience in the financial services industry

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $137,600 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
