Metropolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Program Management to support our next phase of growth. We are executing a large-scale Oracle ERP and Workday HCM systems implementation and transformation, and need an exceptional Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Program Management to be the operational backbone of this program. You will bring structure, governance, and accountability to a complex, multi-workstream transformation — serving as the connection between Metropolis's senior business stakeholders and a large external consulting team. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who can design frameworks from scratch, lead difficult conversations, and drive delivery excellence across time zones.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $170,000.00 USD to $180,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
