This means evaluating and negotiating rights, rates, terms & conditions, presenting opportunities, options and recommendations to senior stakeholders and managing the contracts through the legal and procurement process.
  • Manage and oversee all supplier activity during events, including but not limited to event related video production, staging, facility staff and audio-visual production.
  • Create event-related materials including reports, critical paths, pre-event plans, registration and proposals and oversee reconciliation of budgets and post-event summaries.
  • Coach other members of the team, including managers, coordinators, interns and co-op students. Provide guidance to more junior members of the team on materials for the team’s webpage, including relevant best practices as well as event templates and tutorials.
