Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Delivery Management
Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity system integration projects across enterprise and government clients.
Oversee project planning, resourcing, execution, risk management, and delivery timelines.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and delivery issues.
2. Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the design of end-to-end cybersecurity solutions including integration of:
SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR
IAM, PAM, DLP
Network security, cloud security, endpoint security
Ensure architectural designs align with security best practices, compliance requirements, and client architecture standards.
Review and approve technical designs, implementation approaches, and integration frameworks.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level, IT, and security stakeholders.
Lead requirement gathering, solution presentations, and design workshops.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal writing, and technical presentations.
4. Team & People Management
Build, mentor, and lead a team of system integration engineers, architects, and project managers.
Provide technical guidance, performance management, and career development.
Ensure team capability is aligned with emerging cybersecurity technologies and integration needs.
5. Governance, Risk & Quality
Establish and enforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Process Improvement & Innovation
Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology, tools, and frameworks.
Standardise integration approaches, templates, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and enhance system integration processes.
Key Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Relevant certifications are highly preferred, such as:
CISSP, CISM, CISA
CCSP
TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, Prince2
Vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience
10–15+ years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong experience in system integration, security implementation, and large-scale enterprise projects.
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects and complex client environments.
