Role Description
The Senior Manager, Engineering Data Analysis & Reporting Lead, is a leadership role responsible for delivering trusted, standardized analytics and reporting across EHS and Engineering (e.g. facilities, asset management, and general business performance) domains. This role enables data-driven decision-making by creating actionable proposals that deliver favorable business, compliance, and operational outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, Engineering Systems, Technology & Reporting, this role partners closely with Systems, Master Data Management, and Technology teams to ensure global integration and reporting solutions that are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Owns and delivers standardized dashboards, reports, communications, and KPI frameworks aligned to global Engineering, Facilities, and EHS governance.
Builds and leads a high-performing technical team by hiring, developing talent, and driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
Ensures analytics and reporting solutions are accurate, traceable, and audit ready.
Translates business, operational, and compliance needs into reporting and analytics solutions.
Oversees reporting enablement and communication tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint) supporting risk management and operational performance in a regulated environment with low risk tolerance and intense focus on continuous improvement.
Partners with Systems and Data teams to ensure reliable upstream data and valuable data integration.
Manages data from multiple independent sources to identify and deliver automation, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.
Identifies, designs, and deploys AI-driven and innovative solutions that streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and measurably reduce operational workload.
Supports ad hoc and executive reporting requests related to Engineering, Facilities, and EHS.
Engages stakeholders to ensure reciprocal understanding and alignment.
Interprets data using sound reasoning and first principles to recognize performance trends, risks, and weak (but relevant) signals.

Experience managing technical professionals, providing strategic and tactical direction, supporting staff professional development, and delivering team performance.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, analytics, or insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated capability to support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to lead outcomes without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Technology, EHS, Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in regulated environments.
Strong expertise in data governance, analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Experience working with data within EHS software systems (e.g., Cority, Sphera, Enablon)
Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to business processes, problems, and decisions.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities, interdependencies, and competing demands while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Demonstrated experience translating client needs into program-controlled business processes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.
Experience working across regions and time zones with cultural awareness and adaptability.
Demonstrated experience leading global teams and partnering with enterprise Technology organizations.
