Get To Know Our Team:
The Supply department is Agoda’s partner relationship management function, working with external partners to ensure strong supply across accommodations, flights, and activities.
Within Supply, the Central Management Office (CMO) was established as the department’s backbone. The CMO leads cross-functional special projects, drives governance and cadences across Supply, manages headcount planning and budget allocation/spend, and designs and executes key people initiatives—such as learning & development, performance management, engagement, and change management
The Opportunity:
Drive higher engagement across Supply: Identify key opportunities to improve employee engagement (e.g., recognition, collaboration, ways of working) and lead initiatives that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Strengthen change management: Identify change needs and support the planning and execution of change management for high-impact initiatives across Supply.
Own additional projects: Take end-to-end ownership of ad hoc projects that advance the team’s priorities and contribute to broader organizational success
Run other BAU tasks relating to engagement including Supply’s townhall, AMA sessions
In this role, you will get to:
Partner with diverse stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Agoda’s People teams and key internal stakeholders across Supply—particularly senior leaders such as the SVP and regional/country directors.
Lead analysis and shape solutions (quant + qual): Own problem definition and analysis, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to build frameworks and propose initiatives that drive and enable change within Supply.
Drive execution and deliver impact: Take initiatives from concept to implementation—tracking outcomes, delivering measurable results, and continuously iterating to improve effectiveness
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Must Have)
Minimum 6+ years of experience working preferably in people’s team or consulting firm and worked on people topic or change management before
Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology experience is a plus
Passion in people topic
A high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
Strong analytical skills on both qualitative and quantitative aspects
The interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at Director level and above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchy.
The drive, speed and creativity to not only execute given tasks, but proactively come up with your own ideas and create improvements for everyone.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau
