The Senior Manager, Enablement will be a critical storyteller and strategic communicator for Salesforce’s Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) department. This role is responsible for driving the LCA narrative, building materials for external engagement, operationalizing strategic partnerships with the Sales organization and external law firms, and ensuring strong internal enablement. They will also be responsible for coordination of our LCA Flourish programs to enable internal LCA talent, community and engagement. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic marketing, communications, and enablement and ideally legal/compliance familiarity, with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling GTM materials. This role is hybrid and will work out of the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

LCA Flourish Enablement and Communications

  • Grow Together - LCA Community & Engagement: Program manage and coordinate initiatives to foster meaningful relationships and engagement across teams, geographies, and levels, such as:

    • SuperConnectors program management (hub connections, budget allocation for regional events)

    • Town Halls, Offsite, Listening Sessions and Newsletter program coordination

    • Onboarding: Level up how we bring people into LCA, ensuring every new hire gains the context they need to hit the ground running and feel part of the broader LCA mission, not just the company at large.

    • Support the Chief of Staff in preparation, and execution of internal communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across the globe.

  • Grow Expertise - LCA Across the Aisle Masterclass Series: Coordinate and spotlight internal subject matter experts and create space for peer-led learning through monthly sessions

  • Accelerator Series and Tech Bytes: Coordinate skill-building programs to deepen expertise in our AI transformation

  • Broaden Horizons - LCA Project Exchange Program: Coordinate, manage and expand the program to enable year-round talent movement across practice areas through short-term exchange opportunities, supporting both personal growth and organizational agility

  • Amplify Impact - Mentorship & Career Development: Coordinate the VTO, Pro Bono, Mentor Program and Career Mosaic panel discussions to empower employees to create impact that extends beyond their individual roles through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and building scalable practices

LCA Storytelling & Messaging - Customer Zero and Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Define and Drive the LCA Narrative: Support the development and execution of the overall external LCA storytelling strategy, clarifying our impact in the marketplace.

  • Develop Core GTM Materials: Create and maintain high-impact communications assets, including first call decks and foundational materials that articulate the value and scope of LCA's work to external audiences.

  • Executive Engagement: Prepare LCA leadership for external engagements, including speaking opportunities at major legal conferences and industry events, ensuring consistent key messages are delivered.

  • Industry Leadership Messaging: Craft key messages and narratives that positions Salesforce as a thought leader in modern legal practice.

  • GTM Thought Leadership & Communications

    • "Customer Zero" Story: Develop and maintain a solid suite of polished communications materials and case studies focused on our Customer Zero story—how Salesforce uses its own products internally within the LCA team to drive efficiency and compliance to productize and share with customers.

    • Agentic Enterprise and Trusted Agentics: Support the communication of LCA's strategy around emerging issues, including AI and compliance, by leveraging and integrating across foundational Trusted Agentics and the Agentic Enterprise motions.

    • Content Mapping: Identify and map external speaking and publishing opportunities to ensure a unified and consistent voice.

GTM Strategic Enablement

  • Operationalize Partnership with Sales: Support the LCA GTM strategy in coordination with the Sales organization. This includes developing programs and materials to facilitate co-selling and strategic engagement with key customers and prospects.

  • Law Firm GTM Coordination: Drive coordination on Go-to-Market activities with strategic law firm partners, focusing on corporate legal departments.

  • Relationship Management: Understand, map, and track key relationships using Salesforce technology to maximize GTM effectiveness.

  • Sales Connection: Create enablement materials and decks (e.g., inspired by the "Financial Times Innovative Lawyer" concept) to help sales teams navigate and leverage LCA relationships for business advantage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field; a JD or legal experience is a plus.

  • 7+ years of experience in communications or marketing, with a focus on B2B, GTM, or corporate affairs, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling narratives and translate complex, often technical or legal, topics into clear, executive-level presentations and external communications.

  • Experience operationalizing partnerships with sales teams or channel partners.

  • Exceptional writing, design, editing, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with senior-level executives.

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform is a strong asset.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $157,800 - $216,900 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
