  • The Senior Manager role is a high accountability role responsible to support the digital integration across the MEPA region. This includes accountability of project execution, and performance, with a focus on driving digital and retail growth, supporting the Director in managing profitability, and establishing a strong market presence. The role involves a deep focus on product and digital innovation, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge.

  • Additionally, the role will encompass the execution of all M&A activities for the MEPA region. This includes working with Strategy Director and the Global M&A team in identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the integration of acquired companies to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives and add value.

  • The Senior Manager will be instrumental in advancing the company’s digital product offerings including launching new digital products, fostering a strong omni-channel presence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and align business objectives with regional and global strategies.

Role Requirements  

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience of management including driving revenue and profitability, with a track record in market expansion, transformation, and M&A activities
  • Experience in digital wallets with a strong background in product
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, management, transformation or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital tools (including analytics), platforms, and e-commerce technologies
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Visionary, results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative with a passion for innovation and growth
  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully across the organization.
