We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Digital team at Marsh Business and Client Services function. This role will be based in Mumbai while requiring traveling across cities for client and internal meetings. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Digital Client Experience Leader (Vice President) – Insurance Operations (Grade G)

  • This is fantastic opportunity to drive the digital agenda for one of the world’s leading Insurance Broker, across our Specialty, Corporate & Risk Management businesses
  • This role is responsible for working closely with regional and global digital team to understand the various digital offerings which needs to be marketed and rolled out for Marsh clients in India.
  • You will work closely with our brokers and client teams for driving better Client outcomes and greater efficiency through deployment of digital technology

We will rely on you to:

  • Partner with multiple digital teams across Marsh to understand our digital value proposition thereby build compelling value proposition for Indian clients.
  • Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to understand their focus areas and client needs, using these insights to design and tailor fit-for-purpose digital campaigns that support the business and align with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Build compelling marketing propositions and plans that helps drive adoption of digital solutions.
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to leverage all aspects of digital agenda to enable enhanced client / prospect engagement, enhancing UX and engagement levels across the tools thus deliver an impactful client journey.
  • Drive internal digital and AI initiatives targeted towards colleague adoption of digital and AI tools
  • Foster collaboration across the various cross functional teams, regionally and globally ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Actively engage key internal stakeholders, including client executive teams, to create advocates, generate engagement, and amplify campaign activity, ensuring strategic alignment with Go-to-Market strategies, sales materials, and Request for Proposal language to drive commercial success.
  • Monitor and communicate progress against digital goals at both client and campaign levels.
  • Build awareness and understanding of the wider marketplace to identify opportunities for timely and topical initiatives on digital and AI.
  • Responsible for supporting the business in creating and updating digital value propositions and product and solutions collateral.

What you need to have: 

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience overall. Experience working in a medium to large, complex, and matrixed environment, collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to develop and execute digital and communications strategies, campaigns, and tactics.
  • Extensive experience in roll out of digital tools, digital analytics, and proving ROI, enabling maximized commercial success.
  • Significant stakeholder management experience with gravitas and credibility
  • Team-oriented and highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record for collaboration within and across teams.
  • Strong track record of independent leadership and influencing skills with proven experience of acting as a change agent to transform the ways of working
