  • Drives simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of identity processes

Identity Enablement

  • Leads the customer-facing “pre-sales” and “pre-solutions architecture” function for Identity

  • Ensures stakeholders receive cohesive, end-to-end guidance when onboarding or integrating identity services

  • Acts as the connective tissue between business demand, product strategy, and delivery execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior people leader for Digital Identity shared services teams in India, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning

  • Translate global Identity strategy into clear priorities, execution plans, and outcomes for India-based teams

  • Ensure consistent application of standards, tooling, and processes across all Identity functions

  • Act as a trusted partner to global Identity leadership, providing visibility into delivery health, risks, and opportunities

  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary, shared-services teams in a global delivery model

  • Strong background in governance, delivery management, or platform operations

  • Experience working with DevOps tooling, release processes, and enterprise workflows (hands-on expertise not required, but strong fluency expected)

  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution

  • Experience leading teams supporting global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
