This maternity cover role provides senior leadership for UK&I Digital and Ecommerce, setting direction and priorities across DTC and marketplace channels in close partnership with UK and global teams. The role also serves as a key contributor to global ecommerce initiatives, supporting strong performance and continuity.
You will partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Media, Creative, Education, Demand Planning, Operations, and Technology teams to optimise performance, leveraging data, testing, and insight to elevate the end‑to‑end customer experience. Success in this role will be measured by improved conversion and lifetime value, and by clearly giving customers a compelling reason to choose DTC through differentiated, brand‑led experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Be accountable for the UK trading calendar, including onsite merchandising, promotions, launches, and GWP execution to deliver commercial targets.
- Provide senior leadership for the UK ecommerce site and customer experience, partnering with Creative and Development to optimise UX, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
- Guide onsite merchandising and personalisation, ensuring strong content hygiene across PDPs, landing pages, and site navigation.
- Shape and oversee a CRO and A/B testing programme across digital media, email, and onsite experiences, including prioritisation, analysis, and sharing learnings.
- Champion AI‑driven tools and automation to improve efficiency across ecommerce operations, performance analysis, testing, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Steward first‑party data and lifecycle marketing strategy, optimising customer journeys, segmentation, and messaging across owned channels.
- Oversee ecommerce performance and forecasting, supporting budget management and channel optimisation in partnership with local marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Social to strengthen organic performance and ensure integration across organic, paid social, and influencer campaigns.
- Partner with Technology and Operations to deliver site initiatives and provide senior oversight of DTC assortment, inventory, forecasting, and demand planning.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in ecommerce roles, including growth or performance marketing, with a strong data-led, test-and-learn mindset.
- Proven experience delivering digital campaigns and strategies that drive conversion and growth.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and tools for CRO and retention.
- Omnichannel perspective across DTC, retail, franchise and wholesale.
- Experience managing a P&L.
- Strong people leadership, organisational skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and results-focused with a hands-on approach.
