Job Description

Position: Senior Manager Digital Design Engineer
Experience: 10+ years
Education: Bachelor/Masters Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Micro-Electronics
Location: Philippines
Job Grade: M4


Responsibilities:

  •  Lead a high-performance team delivering advanced digital systems implementation technology for corporate-wide digital flows using EDA tools from vendors like Cadence, Synopsys and Siemens
  •  Interface with local business unit stakeholders, identifying challenges and ensuring the group is positioned to address the future needs of the Bus
  •  Mentorship and coaching of local team members to help grow their career and deliver impact for the digital systems implementation group
  •  Work with global CAD methodology development team to automate and integrate the above CAD flows for centralized deployment
  •  Provide strong technical expertise and consultations on synthesis, physical design and signoff EDA flows to ADI’s Business Units and ensure successful tapeouts of their products
