Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS); Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems; regulatory requirements specific to the Company, site, and business; and Company policies and operating procedures.
  • Coordinates the enterprise-wide demand planning process, ensuring alignment on timelines, touchpoints, and accountabilities across functions and sites.
  • Develops and maintains governance frameworks, data protocols, tools, and templates to support consistent and mature demand planning practices.
  • Manages the recurring monthly demand planning calendar, ensuring discipline and readiness for executive SIOP roll-ups.
  • Facilitates the creation of an unconstrained consensus demand forecast in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Product Management, and Regional Planning teams.
  • Enriches demand forecasts with market intelligence, customer inputs, and new product introductions (NPI) to improve forward-looking accuracy.
  • Delivers forecast analytics and insights to support strategic decisions, including product lifecycle trends, risks/opportunities, and demand variability.
  • Partners with Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to integrate demand plans into supply, capacity, and financial planning.
  • Leads structured alignment meetings with commercial and site leadership to validate demand signals and escalate gaps.
  • Serves as the key demand signal coordinator within the SIOP process, ensuring alignment on “one set of numbers.”
  • Develops and maintains training materials for demand planning processes and facilitates knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Establishes and tracks key forecast performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value add).
  • Utilizes advanced planning tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, or similar) to enhance forecast visibility and performance.
  • Continuously improves the planning process through root cause analysis, feedback loops, and system enhancements.
  • Provides insights to senior leadership on demand trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals. 
  • Define the goals and objectives for your direct reports.
  • Promote talent by developing individual growth and development plans and build an organizational succession plan.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline.  APICS certification desirable. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting or SIOP roles, ideally in MedTech, high-tech manufacturing. Experience with advanced planning tools and statistical forecasting models. Strong communication and influencing skills to lead cross-functional consensus. Analytical mindset with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel modeling expertise.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Specialized Knowledge
    • Proven track record leading global demand planning teams and implementing enterprise-level demand planning processes.
    • Strong experience in consensus forecasting, executive-level alignment, and stakeholder engagement across functional boundaries.
    • Hands-on experience with demand planning software/tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, DMC, or similar).
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Specialized Skills:   
    • First-hand experience working within large data sets.
    • Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change.
    • Strong communication, oral and written.
    • Demonstrated applied problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills.
  • Other:
    • Travel (~30%) may be required.
    • Salary Range: $121,500 - $178,200

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
