We leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to uncover insights that shape strategic decisions and drive business transformation globally.
We are seeking a (Senior) Manager, Data Science & AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the commercial and IT leadership team to shape the International AI roadmap.
Design, deliver, and scale innovative global AI capabilities.
Drive AI fluency across anchor markets (primarily EU).
Lead the execution and interpretation of AI/ML models, framing problems and shaping solutions.
Communicate complex data-driven insights in clear, compelling ways to diverse stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, consulting-style role requiring strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across a fast-paced international commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced analytical models, predictive algorithms, and AI-powered tools to support commercial strategies.
Engage in end-to-end delivery of data science insights—from framing business questions to actionable recommendations.
Translate technical concepts into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously enhance data science capabilities and drive AI adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, market research, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into strategic initiatives.
Education: university degree with several years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.
Technical Expertise: Machine learning (Azure, AWS, DataIku), Python, Scala, SQL/NoSQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Dash), and experience with large-scale data systems (Snowflake, Databricks).
Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communicator, collaborative mindset, strategic thinker, and proactive self-starter.
