The Boeing CompanyBoeing's Government Operations Organization is looking for a Senior Manager- Data & Analytics to join the State Advocacy and Global Engagement Team (SAGE) based out of North Charleston, South Carolina or Arlington, Virginia.
SAGE is seeking an experienced manager to provide high-impact, data-driven insights, systems optimization, performance impact reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. This role suits someone who excels at solving problems, building efficient systems, and will shape enterprise-wide processes that help ensure the integrity and impact of external investments. Senior Manager Data & Analytics will define, control, and manage systems that are required for operational excellence in managing a grant and sponsorship investment portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the team to deliver advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to support company goals, compliance and performance tracking
Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems, including STAR, and reporting platforms to enable real-time visibility into program metrics, regulatory impact and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards to enable quality deliverables and informed leadership decision-making
Responsible for data collections and analysis for annual reporting, charitable and employee giving
Support team across the enterprise for data deliverables
Develop and produce comprehensive impact reports, executive summaries, and performance scorecards for internal and external stakeholders
Oversee employee engagement strategies and tools including YourCause and ECF
Support special projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to government operations data governance and employee experience
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HR, Compliance, site leadership teams) to integrate analytics insights into employee engagement efforts and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals
Oversee updating and managing supplier profiles
Provides mentoring and guidance to less experienced personnel
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Provide customer support across the function and enterprise
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or a related analytical role
10+ years of experience with data visualization and analytics tools
5+ years of experience successfully managing projects
Excellent communications skills with proven ability to present complex data and insights to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
10+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
10+ years of experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects
10+ years of employee engagement activities and culture-building strategies

Summary pay range: $163,200-$235,750
