How you'll make a difference?
Responsible for leading creative strategies and services to support business objectives within Orthofix. This role will contribute to and manage a team of skilled graphic designers, multimedia designers and videographers to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative across all channels. Goals include building brand awareness and elevating the customer experience while also enhancing leader effectiveness and the employee experience. Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand standards, and marketing objectives. Partners with marketing and product managers to translate strategy into creative solutions that strengthen Orthofix’s competitive position. This role will require a dynamic leader with a keen eye for creativity, process orientation and a strategic mindset to support a growth organization.
