WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
This Secondee will focus primarily on two okey projects / deliverables: ONC data Viz project management and Overall Creative Excellence Best Practices Library.
1. Oncology Data Viz project: In the highly competitive Oncology market, data is paramount, but it is interpreted and visualized in a very standard way. There is an opportunity for Pfizer, as an Oncology company, to re-visualize the data maximizing AI tools, in new ways to gain a competitive advantage.
Day to day Project Management to ensure engagement with SME’s, stakeholders and agency ensuring deliverables are met.
Liaising closely with external consultants and be their first point of contact.
Development and participation in cross-functional workshop with external consultants.
Develop and engagement plan and leverage communication forums for dissemination.
Work hand in hand with Oncology PAL and other SMEs in CE team to drive project forward.
Act as PM ensuring all relevant stakeholders are included.
2. Creative Excellence Best Practices Library:
Definition of the structure of Case Studies within the Library of Best Practices framework and structure – and links to appropriate external resources.
Bring AI expertise and AI tools to help define maximization of tools in service of the Marketing Community.
Creation of Assets together partnering with marketers across all BU’s and PALs as well as Cross Functional teams, within Pfizer Brand 2.0 guidelines.
Develop and engagement plan and leverage communication forums for dissemination.
Develop a maintenance plan and process for ongoing creation and support.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Establish a strong network with a diverse group of Marketing colleagues across Oncology through the development of the project.
Liaise appropriately with other CMO functions to ensure integration / linking of Creative Excellence Library appropriately to ensure a better experience for marketers.
Learn and apply new skills related to Creative Excellence, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the team's success.
Bring AI insights to life in a multi brand / BU approach.
Gain insights into cross-functional CMO strategic drivers and teams and their ways of working and the contribution of CMO to the business.
Establish a strong network with a diverse group of Marketing colleagues across all BU’s through the development of the Best Practices.
Have strong cross-functional collaboration, exposing the Secondee to different aspects of the business.
Have a holistic view across BU’s, brands, HCP and DTC focus broadening their experience early on in their Pfizer Journey.
Have a strategic view of CMO and how priorities align with business current priorities enhancing the marketer experience.
Gain insights into the cross-functional CMO teams and their ways of working and the contribution of CMO to the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience.
Relevant experience in product marketing/marketing operations.
Proven track record developing and executing strong and effectivehigh impact campaigns across various lifecycles (from ideation to launch to optimization).
Strong business acumen with the ability to link marketing strategies to commercial outcomes and convey insights to peers in a way that generates excitement and endorsement.
Demonstrated excellent communication and skills across a matrixed organization.
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Secondment 10-12 months
