SUMMARY
Manages all activities related to Corporate Physical Security operations and development of services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security, will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing physical security and investigative programs and strategies. The person will direct the activities of the Physical Security team to ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements, and develop relationships with management, law enforcement, and first responders. The Sr. Manager will also represent the Corporate Security team on various market and/or area committees and working groups.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages two subordinates who supervise up to 15 employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these sites. Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using the English language.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, other employees of the organization, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know about Contact Management systems, Internet software, Inventory software, Payroll systems, MS Office Project Management software, and intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software skills.

Current/valid state driver’s license
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Travel up to 50% to inspect assigned accounts/posts or corporate travel as needed. Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
