Who we are looking for...
You will drive and influence strategic decision making across a brand portfolio or category of brands. As part of Campbell’s Growth Office, you will partner with the category team to drive insights end-to end from insight discovery to foundational strategy, commercialization, and current business.

You will guide strategy with deep human understanding into macro jobs-to-be-done, brand positioning, brand architecture, and other strategic and foundational efforts. Working on some of Campbell’s most iconic brands, you will have immediate and highly visible impact.  


What you will do...

  • Lead through Insights that illuminate possibilities, Inspire Action and Integrate with business priorities. 
  • Illuminate possibilities by connecting multiple sources of data and insights to paint the big picture
  • Inspire action through empathy, storytelling, and clear solutions that put real people first
  • Integrate with the business priorities, processes, the Insight team and multifunctional partners
  • Envision and execute the consumer learning agenda to maintain and expand key brands’ unique positionings and their expansive portfolios.
  • Drive insight-led winning product renovation, industry-leading communications, and best-in-class shop-ability (graphics/shelving) to meet and exceed expectations across key moments
  • Be the voice of the consumer within the category teams to ensure objectivity in decision making and build empathy within the organization
  • Drive innovation thought leadership across the category to develop a strong pipeline within our total addressable markets, from idea sourcing through to commercialization and ensuring in-market success.
  • Deliver best in class foundational insights that serve as the bedrock for top performing ideas and concepts through the product lifecycle
  • Scan the landscape for emerging trends and competitive activity to ensure external dynamics are influencing key business activities

What you bring to the table (Must Have)...

  • BA degree with preference for an MBA
  • 8+ years previous Insights experience
  • High learning and people agility
  • Proven expertise in driving impact from primary and secondary research

It would be nice if you have (Nice to Have)...

  • MBA a plus

  • Food and beverage CPG experience a strong plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$138,000-$198,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
