Job Description:

Senior Manager, Consulting at iProspect

Shape growth where strategy meets execution

At iProspect, we partner with leading brands to turn data, technology, and media into measurable business impact. As Senior Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital activation guiding clients from insight to implementation with clarity and confidence – and with thousands of bright-minded and inspiring colleagues globally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and translating complex opportunities into practical action.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Drive client impact

  • Lead consulting engagements from initial framing to delivery

  • Manage and nurture clint relationships as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance and strategic insights

  • Translate business challenges into structured approaches and actionable recommendations

  • Partner closely with specialists across media, creative, data, and technology

Own progress and direction

  • Plan and manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables

  • Support development of proposals and new consulting scopes

  • Ensure work consistently delivers measurable value for clients

Strengthen our consulting practice

  • Contribute to frameworks, methods, and best practices

  • Identify opportunities to improve how we work and collaborate

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities

What you bring to the role

You’re structured, curious, and comfortable navigating both strategy and execution. You likely have experience from consulting, digital strategy, or a digital business environment.

We imagine you:

  • Bring at least four years of relevant professional experience

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

  • Build trust quickly with clients and colleagues

  • Approach problems analytically and pragmatically

  • Take ownership and move work forward independently

  • Thrive in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams

What you can expect from us

  • A collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and challenged

  • High-impact projects with ambitious Nordic and international clients

  • Flexibility in how and where you work

  • Strong professional development through feedback, mentorship, and hands-on responsibility

  • A culture that values both performance and people

Practical details

The position is based in Aarhus, with limited travel required.
