Senior Manager, Consulting at iProspect

As Senior Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital activation guiding clients from insight to implementation with clarity and confidence – and with thousands of bright-minded and inspiring colleagues globally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and translating complex opportunities into practical action.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Drive client impact
Lead consulting engagements from initial framing to delivery
Manage and nurture clint relationships as a trusted advisor providing expert guidance and strategic insights
Translate business challenges into structured approaches and actionable recommendations
Partner closely with specialists across media, creative, data, and technology
Own progress and direction
Plan and manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Support development of proposals and new consulting scopes
Ensure work consistently delivers measurable value for clients
Strengthen our consulting practice
Contribute to frameworks, methods, and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve how we work and collaborate
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
What you bring to the role
You’re structured, curious, and comfortable navigating both strategy and execution. You likely have experience from consulting, digital strategy, or a digital business environment.
