We are looking for a strategic thought leader to join our HR leadership team. In this role, you will act as a primary consultant on all aspects of employee broad-base compensation, ensuring our programs align with market trends and our long-term growth goals. Beyond strategy, you will be a dedicated mentor, leading a team of compensation professionals to deliver excellence across our international offices.
Advise: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on pay levels and program design.
Lead: Direct and develop the compensation team to foster professional growth.
Expand: Ensure our competitive edge across the EMEA and APAC markets.
The ideal candidate for this role has previous experience leading compensation professionals, with specific focus on implementing and administering best-in-class programs with measurable outcomes. This is an execution-focused role that demands deep, hands-on involvement in both strategic program development and the direct operational delivery of core compensation programs. You will shape global pay programs across EMEA and APAC, acting as a strategic consultant to leadership while developing our internal compensation team.

This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in London, UK
Key Accountabilities:
Work with senior business leaders and HR leadership across the business to support the development and delivery of broad-based compensation programs, pay structures and compensation frameworks.
Lead ongoing regional education and support to business leaders, employees and HR stakeholders with respect to compensation plans, policies and processes that will drive maximum impact and value.
Lead the planning, communication, execution and administration of the year-end compensation process regionally and support enterprise execution. Review and recommend enhancements to procedures and processes to identify opportunities for continued improvement and automation to enhance the manager and employee experience.
Lead and responsible for the job evaluation process by providing oversight, guidance and job evaluation expertise to the compensation team. Partners in the review, analysis and evaluation of jobs, as well as validates recommendations from the team, business and HR stakeholders.
Lead the annual market analysis for the region and provide support to team on education to the business on how to interpret and incorporate market data into compensation decision making.
Leads the annual compensation market surveys regionally, compiling data and developing analyses to assess and monitor potential competitive issues. Prepares preliminary observations and recommendations for review with stakeholders.
Works with key stakeholders in finance with respect to salary planning, bonus accruals and payouts and other forecasting activities.
Lead the transformation of compensation related data, processes and analytics, as well as developing measurement tools to assess compensation program effectiveness of dashboards or summary reports on key metrics.
Lead in M&A regional initiatives, including harmonizing and integrating compensation plans. This involves analyzing existing structures, designing integrated frameworks aligned with organizational strategy, and ensuring compliance with local laws. The scope includes communicating changes, managing employee expectations, and coordinating with HR and business stakeholders for a smooth transition.
Actively participate in compensation projects and building and preparing Human Resource Committee materials through engaging multiple stakeholders across functions using well-established project planning and change management skills.
Must have(s):
Minimum of 8+ years progressive experience in a similar compensation management related capacity
Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Excellent thought leader and consulting skills; interacting with Business Leaders, HR stakeholders and other client groups with a strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organization issue
Solid understanding of compensation principles, program design and processes; experience with sales plans is an asset
Solid understanding of job levelling frameworks and job evaluation methodologies; and strong project management experience
Proven people leader with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and employeesat all levels of the organization
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and compensation modeling ability, good judgment, independent and creative thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy
Exceptional commitment to customer service with a strong sense of urgency
Advanced MS Office skills or Google equivalent.
Nice to have(s):
Completion or progress toward CCP or CHRP designation preferred
Workday/HRIS system experience would be an asset
