What You’ll Do

* Lead with impact: Own the execution of global compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles, ensuring flawless delivery across regions.
* Drive operational excellence: Manage day-to-day program and project execution—planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and executive-ready status updates.

* Partner strategically: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand evolving needs, shape program objectives, and translate strategy into action.
* Project leadership: Create and manage program-related projects, proactively adjusting plans, resolving issues, and navigating dependencies to ensure success.
* Think holistically: Anticipate how compensation programs intersect with other initiatives and partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks and drive alignment.
* Ensure integrity: Maintain compliance with global legal, regulatory, and audit requirements—protecting both the organization and our employees.

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or HR program management.

* Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite.
* A collaborative, influential style—able to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
