Senior Manager, Clinician Operations

Position Introduction and Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Clinician Operations, you’ll lead a group of Operations Managers as a Senior Manager of Operations – translating regional market strategy into actionable deliverables across assigned clinician networks. This role sits at the center of execution and strategy, serving as a key partner to model critical business decisions centering around Signify Health’s Clinician Colleagues.

You’ll collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders across Health Care Delivery to model Clinician Colleague criteria for success, including but not limited to resource planning, execution of efficient supply utilization optimization, and direct support for strategic initiatives with recommendations to senior leadership.

Logistics: This role can be hybrid in the Dallas area, or remote. Some travel may be required.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzes workload patterns, forecast resource needs, and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements at the regional level

  • Monitors and leads strategy on operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

  • Manages direct reports to identify and solution for opportunities for process improvement within the operations support functions through workflow analyses.

  • Addresses escalated customer or client concerns, investigates operational incidents, and works with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Establishes and enforces compliance guidelines and quality control processes including implementing quality assurance programs

  • Drives initiatives, implements process improvement initiatives, and measures the impact of changes to improve operational compliance across cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Facilitates effective communication across regional operations support teams and with other stakeholders.

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team by encouraging innovation, gathering feedback from employees, and implementing initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

  • Accountable for ongoing training and skill development to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.

  • Other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 7-10 years work experience, to include minimum 2 years of management experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Prior healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or higher 

  • Experience leading remote/hybrid teams

  • Proficiency utilizing data tools for decision making, including Excel, PowerBI, Google suite, etc.

  • Strong understanding of demand/supply planning, integrated business planning processes, and workforce management

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
