PURPOSE
- Lead Claim Processing Team to fulfil all KPIs of Claim Processing team;
- Set up practices, procedural manuals for Claims on daily operations to bring good experiences to customer on claim services;
- Support Claim Head in communication with Sales Force and other departments to handle daily operations.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Lead Claim Processing Team.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments on identifying improvement opportunities to Claims function;
- Provide clear communication to customers through claim process from claim submission to claim decision/ payment and handle distribution channel issues;
- Collaborate with TPA to process all claim cases relating to H&S and Reimbursement products. Follow up TPA's quality and all reports;
- Set up practices, procedural manuals for Claims on daily operations to bring good experiences to customer on claim services;
- Build up and improve Claims workflow to help daily operation of faster, more accurate and convenient;
- Review and revise claims forms, letters, payment … to improve TAT;
- Review and put initial signature on manual letter including Declined Letter and major claim letter;
- Contribute Claims’s opinions to build T&C of new products;
- Authorize payment voucher;
- Handle claim complaints effectively in line with company guidelines and give customer satisfaction;
- Manage the quality of regular/ad hoc reports to highlight any trends, impacts, issues on claim to senior management;
- Support Claim Head in communication with Distribution channels;
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University Graduate: Economics, Finance or Medical University is preferable;
- LOMA certificate is preferable;
- Minimum 7 years experience in claims field at life insurance company is preferable.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good command of English and Vietnamese;
- Experienced in claim assessment or knowledge of insurance would be great advantage;
- Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit.
