Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager Change Management will be responsible for leading and overseeing comprehensive change initiatives across the Global Finance & Strategy organization. This role involves strategic collaboration with various cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders to drive transformative change across the organization.

The Senior Manager Change Management will work closely with the Finance Hub team, the Global Strategy team, and the global change and capabilities network, as well as liaising with key stakeholders in the Global Finance and Strategy teams.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure high employee adoption and engagement while designing and executing the change management strategy, including but not limited to advanced training programs and strategic communication efforts – ensuring a user-centric approach.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the strategic design, development, delivery, and management of change management strategy and initiatives.
  • Partner with senior cross-functional teams to drive and oversee change programs, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned with and informed about major project initiatives and optimizations.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify critical areas of change and develop robust change management frameworks and plans.
  • Lead and facilitate high-level change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, advanced training methodologies, and ongoing support.
  • Drive and manage project teams, ensuring changes are implemented smoothly and sustainably to realize significant long-term benefits.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive progress reports on change implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and strategic goals.
  • Foster high employee engagement and optimize end user experience by effectively managing resistance to change and securing buy-in across organization tiers.
  • Serve as a key advisor on change management strategies to senior leadership, influencing organizational change agendas.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field. Advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a strategic change management or senior leadership role, demonstrating a successful track record of managing complex change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard project management software. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desired.

Pay Range:

$141,750 - $164,850

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
