Job Description Summary:
The vision of Enterprise Services is to deliver services that are simpler, better, and faster. The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a key leader within the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team, responsible for leading complex initiatives, driving outcomes across high‑priority products, and ensuring operational excellence at scale.
This role owns planning and delivery of key projects, influencing prioritization and trade‑off decisions, and guiding cross‑functional teams in close partnership with the Digital Organization. The Senior Manager serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into delivered value.
The role is focused across two primary areas:
30% – Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution governance
70% – Drive delivery, optimization, and value realization of enterprise‑critical products and solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Planning and Execution
Lead the development, refinement, and adoption of implementation playbooks, standards, and operating models that enable consistent, scalable delivery across the ES portfolio.
Drive enterprise product planning cycles by synthesizing business priorities, customer needs, and technology capacity into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
Lead portfolio assessment and prioritization activities, evaluating initiatives based on strategic alignment, value, risk, complexity, and resource requirements; provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Own execution oversight for assigned initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs while ensuring accountability for outcomes.
Deliver High‑Priority Products and Solutions
Translate enterprise and functional strategies into scalable products and solutions with clearly defined problems, success metrics, and delivery plans.
Partner with senior business and digital leaders to identify emerging needs and lead the deployment of solutions addressing critical business challenges and opportunities.
Drive delivery of complex initiatives on compressed timelines, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment, disciplined execution, and measurable business impact.
Monitor solution performance, adoption, and value realization; lead efforts to optimize capabilities and inform next‑generation product development.
Stakeholder Leadership and Influence
Serve as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, providing insight, structure, and guidance across initiatives.
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders through concise, data‑driven materials.
Contribute to the development of team capabilities by mentoring junior talent and modeling strong enterprise and collaboration behaviors.
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred: Master’s degree or advanced coursework in business, analytics, product management, AI, or technology leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, digital or technology transformation, consulting, analytics, or program leadership roles.
Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in partnership with Digital and technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability to drive recommendations and influence outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in analytics, reporting, and visualization tools to support operational and leadership decision‑making.
Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous enterprise environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior‑level stakeholders.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations preferred.
Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands‑on execution and operational detail.
Collaborative leadership style with a strong enterprise mindset.

Pay Range:
United States of America: $143,400 - $169,300Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
