What you'll be doing
The Senior Manager Business Banking Client Analytics will have accountability for supporting the Business Banking segment through client, product, and channel related analytics. In this role, you will support the analytics agenda for the Business Banking team, acting as a strategic thought partner, delivering insights, analysis, tools, and data-driven recommendations to help identify opportunities to grow the business and better serve our clients.

How you’ll succeed
Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with key business banking related partners including leadership, sales, product, risk, and finance.
Strong Communication Skills - Communicate findings effectively to a wide variety of audiences
Strategic Problem Solving – Lead work to frame the problem to be addressed, identify, and execute required analysis, and synthesize key findings to help senior leadership reach decisions
Ad Hoc Analyses – Lead ad hoc analyses to address key business issues as they arise. Complete complex data analyses utilizing a variety of sources. Develop and share insights with a wide variety of audiences.
Client and Product Profile Development – Lead the development and maintenance of client profiles that can be used to facilitate both ongoing reporting and ad hoc analyses.
Reporting – Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of ongoing value add reporting
Thought Leadership - Provide value add ideas with respect to how the team works with tools, data, and key partners

You can demonstrate data analytic skills including working with large sets of both structured and unstructured data as well as experience with tools including SQL, SAS, Tableau/PowerBI and R/or Python(optional).
