This role manages production workflows, oversees a multidisciplinary producer team (including a native content writer), and ensures seamless coordination with Sales/GTM, Creative, and Editorial Video partners.

This position blends operational leadership with creative collaboration — helping shape how concepts are executed and ensuring creative continuity — while strategic creative direction and content strategy are owned by Commercial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end production operations for branded content across video, native, and social formats.

  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of producers and a native content writer.

  • Translate creative concepts and briefs into executable production plans that meet quality, feasibility, and timeline expectations.

  • Partner with Creative and Editorial Video teams to ensure continuity and consistency in production execution.

  • Oversee timelines, workflows, resourcing, and project‑level budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary client contact for production‑related deliverables, expectations, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate across Sales/GTM, Commercial Strategy, Creative, and Editorial Video to support cross‑functional alignment throughout the production process.

  • Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across production workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Creative, Editorial, and Strategy stakeholders.

  • Strong operational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows.

  • Proven experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and scope alignment.

  • Ability to build and improve production systems, workflows, and operational standards at scale.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to support creative execution and partner effectively with creative teams.
