Job Title: Senior Manager Artist Relations, Events & International Promotions

A little bit about our team:

We are a busy, fast paced and exciting team that deal with UK ticketing, events, UK and international promo trips, award shows, artist gifts plus lots more! In this role you will report into the VP. You will be responsible for a wide roster of artists for UK and international promo trips and activity, assist on medium to large events and some ticketing. We work across a wide range of artists, projects and with teams throughout the business.

Your role:

You will be responsible for organising and managing UK and international promo trips and activities for a wide roster of artists across the labels, also assisting the VP and Senior Director on medium to large scale events and award shows. You will manage a limited number of ticket requests, end to end including associated admin, for artist shows, tours, festival appearances with the relevant labels and central departments.

Here you’ll get to:

  • You will run UK & international promotional trips and activities, co ordinate schedules, budgets and cover promo (virtual and in person) as required, liaising with UK and international Warner and artist teams.

  • Attend relevant UK events, artist appearances, live shows as required, coordinating any meet and greets for senior execs.

  • Support the VP and Senior Director on the production of, and assistance on the day of, medium to larger scale events.

  • Work with promoters and labels on company ticket buys for a limited number of artist shows and festivals, managing ticketing and acting as a point of contact for label attendees.

  • You will manage all admin related tasks for your workload.

About you:

  • Highly experienced in international promotions with solid knowledge of the international markets and relevant promo contacts.

  • Deep knowledge of global promo opportunities and demonstrable experience of co-ordinating global artist schedules.

  • Willing to embrace fast paced events work and support the team.

  • You are extremely organised, with good coordination and prioritisation skills, detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.

  • You are an excellent communicator, as this role involves communication with staff from all levels of the business and artist teams.

  • You are capable of working well under pressure, and a proactive person who uses initiative.

  • You are enthusiastic about the role and a collaborative team player, with the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues.

  • You are passionate about music and events, and willing to attend shows and events and cover promo, working outside office hours (including weekends) when required.

  • You will be computer literate, used to both Mac and PC operating systems and MS Office and Google Suite as well as social media savvy.

  • You are prepared to learn new apps and skills relevant to developing Artist Relations, Events and International Promotions.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Previous experience working at events

  • Basic design and video editing skills

  • Previous experience using Airtable.
